Awareness Challenge Day 4

Week One– Awareness of the Attraction Based Consciousness concepts and the presences of Spirit

The Attraction Based Concepts in other voices:

Your sole business in life is to attain God-realization.  All else is useless and worthless.  ~ Sivananda

The Kingdom of God is not something we create, not something we purchase, but something that we must realize – it is something we become inwardly aware of.  There is perfection at the center of each person’s being    ~ Ernest Holmes

Happiness for a reason is just another form of misery because the reason can be taken away from us at any time.  To be happy for no reason is the happiness we want to experience. ~ The Vedanta

•    Meditation:  Be strong then, and enter into your own body; There you have a solid place for your feet.  Think about it carefully!  Don’t go off somewhere else!  Kabir says this: Just throw away all thoughts of imaginary things, And stand firm in that which you are. ~ Kabir

•    Journal: From Abraham: Do you believe you have the ability to know what you are doing vibrationally and that you can change what you are doing vibrationally? Do you believe you have the ability to focus under any and all conditions? Do you believe that everyone else is creating their own reality?

•    Practicing the awareness of Spirit: Read Abraham’s statements or do the short version.  Thou art with me

I acknowledge that there are universal forces that are focused right at me. I acknowledge I am the receiver of Divine positive Attention.

I appreciate the continual gaze of Source on behalf of my well-being.

Today, wherever I am, whatever I am doing, whoever I am doing it with, I will be in conscious awareness that the Divine too is there with me – appreciating me, supporting me, assisting me, acknowledging me, inspiring me, guiding me, having fun with me, helping me, aware of me, loving me, showing me, uplifting me.

Awareness Challenge Day 3

Week One  – Awareness of the Attraction Based Consciousness concepts and the presences of Spirit

The Attraction Based Concepts in other voices:

Our thoughts affect our emotions.  We will feel exactly the way we think.  ~ Pastor Joel Osteen

When we water the seeds of joy in ourselves, they will grow and flower without struggle or effort.  This is one of the simplest and most wonderful of miracles.  ~ Thich Nhat Hanh

When the energy of the soul is recognized, acknowledged, and valued, it begins to infuse the life of the personality. ~  Gary Zukav

•    Meditation:   So Hum – I am.  Deepak on how a mantra works: Silently repeating a mantra as you meditate is a powerful way to enter the silence of the mind. As you repeat the mantra, it creates a mental vibration that allows the mind to experience deeper levels of awareness.
•    Journal: Questions from Abraham: Do you believe you have the ability to focus under any and all conditions?  Do you believe that everyone else is creating their own reality?
•    Practicing the awareness of Spirit: Read Abraham’s statements or do the short version.  Thou art with me

I acknowledge that there are universal forces that are focused right at me.

I acknowledge I am the receiver of Divine positive  Attention.

Awareness Challenge Day Two

The Attraction Based Concepts in other voices:

The Kingdom of heaven is not some far off place in some remote part of the universe; it is a state of consciousness.Power, freedom, and grace are attributes of this field. So, too, are happiness, joy and bliss.~ Deepak Chopra

There was a spiritual impulse underlying all life and the universe, including human kind that was divine.~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

The whole universe exists inside you;
ask all from yourself.   ~ Rumi

•    Meditation: A suggestion – Watch your thoughts move like clouds though the sky of the mind. As you focus your attention on the flow of the breath become aware of the space inside your mind.  Imagine that your mind is a sky, an open space.  Thoughts move through it like clouds.  Let the thoughts arise and let them depart.  You are the watcher, not the thinker.

•    Journal questions: Two more from Abraham: Do you believe you have to see it before you feel it? Or do you believe you have to feel it before you see it?

•    Practicing the awareness of Spirit:  Read Abraham’s statements or do a short version.  Use the phrase from the 23rd Psalm in the Christian tradition:  Thou art with me.  Say Thou art as you inhale and with me as you exhale.

Attraction Based Consciousness 12 Basic Concepts

21 Day Awareness Challenge

21-Day Awareness Challenge Day One

Welcome to this three-week challenge focused on Awareness. Being awake and aware are fundamental to a spiritual journey.

We are doing twenty-one days because that is the time psychologists tell us it takes to establish a new habit. We’ll set a theme for each week, suggest a process or two for the week and send a quote or comment each day. We’ll use the weekly theme as our topic for Monday night. When another global event happens, we will include that.

21-Day Awareness Challenge
• Week One – Awareness of the Attraction Based Consciousness concepts and the presents of Spirit
• Week Two – Awareness of our Seat of the SoulSelf and the voice in our heads
• Week Three – Awareness of our creative ability

21-Day Awareness Challenge Day One

To establish a base, we start with building more of an awareness of the construct of Attraction Based Consciousness.

Week One Suggested Processes:
A reminder: As always, feeling good is the goal, so setting up what works for you is key.

• Meditate. As Deepak said in the Meditation Challenge, meditation reminds and connects us with who we are which is pure consciousness and unbounded potential. Meditation is a basic practice on a spiritual path to experience the awareness of who we are. Fifteen minutes would be ideal. Starting with one minute a day is a good beginning. So Hum, the I am mantra might be a good one to start using.
• Review the twelve concepts of Attraction Based Consciousness.
• Journal about your beliefs. Make statements of your beliefs or comments on them.
Here are questions that Abraham often asks: Do you believe that you are the creator of your own reality? Do you believe that you have created a reality and that the source within you knows and becomes it? Do you believe that there is a vibrational signal beamed to you specifically about what you have carved out of this life experience? Do you believe that there is a reality that you created ready to be manifested by you? Do you believe that?
• Practice the Awareness of Spirit – Say what Abraham has suggested each day: Look upward and outward…it is best if you do it outside or standing at a window. If you prefer, call the universal forces other than Divine or Source, the names that we have used Say…

I acknowledge that there are universal forces that
are focused right at me.

Get into an endless loop of that acknowledgement and watch what begins to happen in this life as soon as this day.

Distractions

Oftentimes, because we have a well-worn neuropathway and the law of attraction keeps attracting thoughts similar to what we have been thinking, shifting from thoughts that are not clearly aligned with our source energy seems difficult if not impossible. Distraction may very well be the best tool in this case.

The Process
Distraction means doing anything that shifts your thinking away from the unpleasant-feeling thought pattern. Read More

Enlightenment

In the Attraction Based Consciousness construct, enlightenment and clear alignment mean the same thing. Enlightenment is being of a vibrational nature in any moment in time that allows the fullness of who you are to be realized by you.

When you are focused in a way that allows the clear alignment with who you are then clarity, stability, sureness, and certainty are what you experience or feel.  That is what the feeling of enlightenment is.   Read More

Ten-Second Alignment Process

[dropcap]I[/dropcap]n conversations we think that we are reporting, but we are creating. So before you speak, take a ten-second pause. This gives you time to center and consider what you are about to say.

  • Breathe in deeply to the count of three and out for the count of five.
  • You might then say a mantra such as one of these:

I am aligned clearly.  I am present.  I am at peace. I am love.  I feel the love that I am.  I see positive characteristics.  I speak of what is wanted.  I am an uplifter.  I am source.

  • Set the tone for the coming conversation: I wish to be aligned; I so enjoy a clear, concise, and uplifting exchange.
  • Don’t hesitate to take a longer or shorter pause if necessary.
  • Do this anytime throughout the day.

The Refreshed Story

[dropcap]O[/dropcap]ften most of our conversations and thoughts are about what we don’t like or want. We feel it is necessary to speak with historical accuracy about the events in our lives, about “what is.” These conversations resist the clear alignment between our physical and nonphysical perspectives, evoking unpleasant feelings.

To nurture clear alignment, shift the way you talk about your life. Tell your stories about life with the intention of feeling good. Remember, we think that we are reporting, but we are creating. So besides the pleasant feelings of the story, you are allowing what you desire.
Clearly aligned conversations or thoughts tell the story of what is already done in our virtual reality. These conversations are uplifting. Read More

Meditation

The time-tested tool of choice for knowing the fullness of who you are.

When you do not think thoughts that are out of clear alignment with your source energy, you offer no resistance. When you have activated a nonresistant thought, the vibration of your being is high, fast, light, and clear, and the vibrations of your source energy—your two perspectives—resonate with each other.  Since ancient times, people have used the practice of meditation to experience the presence of source. A tranquil clarity arises as you quiet the mind and keep present. You align with who you are.
