[dropcap]A[/dropcap]ppreciating is the act of loving. Appreciating and loving are similar vibrations. The feel-good feeling of appreciation tells you that your physical perspective is in harmony with your source perspective.

Because the vibration of appreciation is the most powerful connection between the physical you and the nonphysical you, this process will also put you in a position to receive even clearer communication from your inner being. So appreciate whenever possible. If the appreciation feels forced, zoom out to the bigger picture. Make more general statements about the topic. When clear alignment feels more stable, again begin to appreciate more of the details.

The Process

Journal

Select a journal that looks attractive to you and feels good to hold.

Each day, write down the events, people, and/or places that you have appreciated. Doing this for fifteen minutes a day is effective.
Random Acts of Appreciation ~ Turn your thoughts to what you appreciate anytime during the day. For example, while standing in line at the post office think;

  • this is a very nice building
  •  it’s great that they keep it so clean
  •  I like how friendly that postal worker is
  •  I appreciate the way that mother is interacting with her child
  •  that’s a good-looking jacket on that rack
  •   my day is really going well.

While driving to work, you may think,
•    I have my car
•    this new freeway is wonderful
•    even though it’s raining, I’m making very good time
•    I love how reliable my vehicle is
•    I’m grateful for my job.
Once you have established a habit of appreciating, thoughts of appreciation will flow freely to you naturally. Your day will be filled with more and more things to appreciate. You may experience a ripple of goose bumps that confirm your alignment with your source energy.
