Benefits of being awake to and activating your inner wisdom:

  • A positive, life-enhancing attitude
  • More synchronicity
  • Create efficiently with less effort
  • Attention to detail while seeing the big picture
  • Increased creativity and imagination
  • Confidence in your own insights
  • Understanding your soul’s purpose

Week One – Emotions As Guidance

Week Two – Intuition, Communication from Source

Week Three – Our Personalized Crystal Ball

In the Attraction Based Consciousness construct our emotions are the feedback part of the internal system of our physical perspective. Every emotion is our ever- present guidance about the degree of clear alignment between our physical and nonphysical selves.

The ABC Construct:

Spiritual Beings

According to quantum physics everything is energy. We, as humans, and the field we are in are vibrating, pulsating, electromagnetic energy.  As a Spiritual Being having this human experience or consciousness with a localized focus we have two perspectives, physical and nonphysical.

We are vibrating energy beings in an attraction-based universe.  We have VIBES . . .

VOICE ~ INNER BEING ~ EMOTIONS ~ SOUL

VOICE

The voice in our heads needs no introduction.  We are all very familiar with our ongoing inner commentary.

Your inner voice is free to think thoughts that resonate or resist clear alignment between the two perspectives.

The voice describes your physical experience, giving you valuable information and articulating your perception about the reality out there. It is vital in order for you to function in physical reality, telling you yes, no, maybe, later, not so much, never, do this now, that’s interesting, form a plan and much more.

If those weren’t big enough jobs, your voice is in control of creating your life experiences. The higher, lighter, faster end of each thought vibration that you transmit is attracted and incorporated by your Source Energy expanding it and the universe. A Virtual Vibrational Reality is formed. Then, because Law of Attraction rules, the vibrations of your thoughts attract similar vibrations into physical form.

INNER BEING

Our physical focus has an observer or silent witness.  This Inner Being is our essence, the window to our nonphysical Source Energy or Soul. It vibrates the high, fast, light and clear vibrations of our Soul.

EMOTIONS

Our emotions are initiated by the thoughts of our inner Voice. Emotions are our constant guidance letting us know if the vibration of the Voice is in harmony with our Inner Being and Soul. They tell the degree of clarity in the connection between the two perspectives.  You are always aligned with Source, but you sure can resist and cloud the connection. Unpleasant emotions indicate a clouded or misaligned connection. Pleasant emotions mean clear alignment. Emotions are your Alignment GPS.

SOUL

This is you, the spiritual being that you are, the consciousness that has projected a part of its energy into physical form.

The ABC structure gives emotions this unique function of guidance. They are the ever-present part of our inner wisdom.

Week One – Emotions As Guidance

Day 1 Centering Thought:

Whenever I am feeling good, I am attracting good.

Your Inner Being guides you through your emotions. ~ Abraham

Trust yourself, then you will know how to live. ~ Goethe

 Week One Processes:

  • Meditation: This is an opportunity to quiet the Voice and experience our Inner Being, the silent witness within. Set the intention to just be that observer and focus on your breath.
  • Check in: Several times throughout the day pause to become aware of how you are feeling.
    • Applaud the awareness. If the feelings are pleasant, savor them. If they are unpleasant, appreciate the guidance and clarity of what you do want and begin to bring your thoughts to more general statements about the subject.
  • Journal: How aware are you of your emotions?
    • Have you gained awareness that your emotions do change with a shift in thoughts?
    • Does it make sense that if you want clear alignment between your two perspectives, (which means to feel good) that your emotions are vital guidance?

If there is a persistent thought pattern evoking unpleasant feelings, do the Expansion Spiral process in your journal to bring clear alignment.

Expansion Spiral:

–   Draw a large spiral

–   In the center write how you are feeling about what is. I feel irritated that… I feel hurt that… I feel disappointed that…

–   On the outer edge of the spiral write how you do want to feel about the “issue”.  I feel comfortable that it will work out. I feel fine; the person must feel threatened. I feel sure something better will happen.

–   To start, you do not resonate with the outer statement.  The goal of the process is to write statements around the spiral that do ring true so that you find relief statement by statement and come into harmony with what you wrote at the end of the spiral – even though the outer circumstance remains the same.

–   Hint: Begin with more general statements about the circumstance to help find relief.
