Challenge to Focus

When we first started doing the Daily Vibes we called it a monthly challenge, but decided to change to a just a monthly focus. Interestingly enough as we listened to an Abraham workshop, we heard them speak about challenges.

Abraham said: If it is a challenge, there is no remedy.  You are starting with a premise that has a momentum if it is a challenge. It does not allow the remedy.  I want to be up there, but I am down here. The challenge is getting from here to there but in the realization that there is a challenge, the dominant vibration is that you are not there. (Thus you attract more challenging situations)

When you are dealing with words and feelings like challenge and effort, those are really good indicators that you are trying to apply action for something that energy would serve you way better about. You just can’t find enough challenging effort or action to get up there.  You have to find a way of disengaging from it, or diffusing it. Because when you loosen your awareness of where you are, you will float up. There is no challenge. You will just return to your natural clear aligned state.

VIBES Aligned

In the Attraction Based Consciousness teachings clear alignment between our physical and nonphysical perspectives is always the goal.  To be the fullness of who we are, the vibrations of the thoughts of the Voice in our heads, our Inner Being and Soul need to be in harmony.  A pleasant feeling Emotion tells us that our VIBES are in the desired clear alignment.  Obviously, love is one of those desired feel good Emotions.  Because it is an Attraction Based Universe you then attract into physical more of what you love.  Love is all you need to prosper.

Love is the Greatest

From the Christian bible, 1 Corinthians 13:13 we get the teachings that, And now abides faith, hope, and love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Faith and hope bring us close to clear alignment, but not fully in vibrational resonance with Source.

The vibration of love is high, fast, light and clear meaning that we are resonating with the vibration of our Inner Being and Soul or Source Energy.  We are in the high vibes of clear alignment.

The Emotions & Alignment chart below gives a guide to some of the emotions that indicate clear alignment.  Appreciation is right up there with the vibrations of love.  In fact, we would say that appreciating is being love.  Notice how it is similar to the map of Consciousness created by Dr. David Hawkins.

Thoughts do initiate the feelings.  The intent of this month’s focus is to make feelings your primary focus.  By choosing a pleasant feeling, a high vibration emotion, you can maintain and/or regain clear alignment with the fullness of who you are.  Thoughts are the means to achieve the desired feeling.  However, in this challenge the importance of the subject you think about becomes secondary to its effect – the feeling.  It puts your focus on your Alignment Guidance System, your emotions so that you know where you are vibrationally.  Like driving a car, your attention is on the road to know where you are and where you want to go.  Turning the steering wheel then sets you in the desired direction.  The pleasant feeling is what you want. Choose the thoughts to get you there.

Process

To start the month off, we suggest Appreciation as the process for this week.

Process Possibilities:

  • • When you wake in the morning, choose appreciation as your high vibe to maintain for the day.
  • • As you shift activities during the day identify what you will appreciate in the next segment.
  • • Journal about at least three things you appreciated during the day.
