November Daily Vibes | Magnificent You Day 17

Day 17 Law of Attraction Centering Thought

Right here, right now, divine love loves through me.

When you realize that your body-mind is a field of pure consciousness, then you know that you have power, freedom, and grace.  ~  Deepak Chopra

Think of the empty space enclosed by a jar. When the jar is broken into pieces, the jar alone breaks, not the space. Life is like the jar. All forms are like the jar. They constantly break into pieces. When gone, they are unaware. Yet He is aware, eternally.  ~  Brahmabindu Upanishad, Sage of the ancient Indian teachings

Worthiness Quotient

On a scale from one to ten, where is your worthiness quotient now after becoming aware of your self-concept in week one and beginning to identify with all that you are, your great value and worthiness, in week two of this Magnificent You focus? This week the focus is on practicing being the worthy spiritual being you are.

We repeat the quote from Abraham:

Worthiness, or unworthiness, is something that is pronounced upon you by you. You are the only one that can deem yourself worthy or unworthy. You are the only one who can love yourself into a state of allowing or hate yourself in a state of disallowing.

If that voice in your head is claiming any version of unworthiness which brings up an uncomfortable feeling, that’s your Alignment GPS letting you know that those thoughts are out of sync with the vibration of your essence. Those thoughts can be appreciated for clarifying what you do want . . . to feel worthy. Then turn to thoughts of worthiness.

Processes:

• Meditate: Again, this week we suggest the mantra, So Hum (I AM); add a word of your choice if that feels good. Examples: I am love, I am peace, I am confident.

Correlations: A for sure validation that you are of value, worthy and deserving is to become consciously aware that your every wish in the form of your thoughts is granted. You are so deserving that you can be, do and have all you desire.

• Become aware and make note during the day of the relationship between what you have been thinking about and what shows up in your life.
• Record the correlations in your journal

Examples: I was thinking about calling Barb to talk about the plan for our class, and she calls right then. I wanted clarity on whether to follow marketing advice or write from my heart. I got the answer while watching a Louise Hay DVD we played at the Monday night workshop. Louise emphatically stated that she self-published her book because she wanted it to be how she wanted it without others making changes. I thought it would be nice to have a longish white shirt with decorative details. With an extra few minutes between meetings, I had the impulse to go into a downtown shop. There was the perfect shirt.
