Healings

In the intention experiments McTaggart witnessed chronic fatigue, migrainesand PTSD healed, dream jobs manifested, lifelong depression wiped away.  More than one participant with vitiligo began seeing pigment return to the skin.  Financial windfalls came in at the perfect time.  People uprooted their entire lives to begin again with renewed purpose.  A woman with crippling arthritis was able to stand at the podium.

These gifts were showing up for groups who prayed together in person or remotely, over the phone or online. But why?

“Maybe altruism is a big part of this,” McTaggart reflects on her findings.  “It is like a bulletproof vest.  I’ve learned that probably the most selfish thing you can do is get off yourself and start thinking about other people.”

Impact on Participants

She describes “The Power of Eight” as a book about her own journey to understanding.  Not only did she use the facts behind the small group intention work, she also traveled around the globe and studied esoteric and indigenous traditions about altruism and its healing ripple effect.

Her husband, fellow journalist and What Doctors Don’t Tell You co-founder, Bryan Hubbard, asked her what the biggest effect of the intention experiments has been. Without a doubt, she says, it is the impact on the participants.

They think while they are sitting there quickly focused that they are helping others.  The miracle is thatthey   are truly healing and transforming themselves at the same time – shifting their thoughts, habits and outcomes. “I didn’t expect the extent of the rebound effects,” McTaggart says.

Intention Session Suggestions

TUNED IN
We all know that being in clear alignment is key to deliberate creating. Abe has always said that Jesus healed because even though you stood before him dripping your illness, he only saw you healthy; he was focused on the solution, what had been asked for, incorporated, and already expanded in their own virtual reality – Vortex.  For what is wanted to come into physical reality clear vibrational alignment between the thoughts of the Voice in your head and those of your Inner Being and Source Energy is necessary.

SETTING.
Comfortable and quiet: Gather what will make the setting best for you – timer, blanket, headphones, pillows, or an altar

It is often helpful to be in the same place for each session.

THE CONTRAST
Because the vibrations of the problem and solution are different it is necessary to separate thinking about one from the other.

Prior to an Intention Session acknowledge the contrast in a sentence or two so that what is not wanted clarifies what is wanted. Certainly if a contrast statement was sent with the intention request – use that. You will know how much before a session you need to consider the contrast and be able to get into clear alignment for the session.  Or just do the session without any prior reference to the contrast.

INTENTION
Name and state intention:  State your intention as already given (as it is already in your or the person’s Vortex). Conjure this as real as possible in your imagination – see it, feel it, hear it.

THE SESSION
After stating the intention breathe and relax as you go for clear alignment and connection to source and your inner being.  Be in a meditative state for the rest of the fifteen minutes or enjoy conjuring in your imagination.  Clear alignment is the key.

Use breathing suggestions, be mindful, visualize, use heart-centered ideas, use compassion fromBuddhist tradition.  Maybe use your hand to play with the energy.  Repeat a mantra?  Be joyful and playful?

Abe teaches that focused on a thought for 68 seconds is all that is needed to get the momentum going toward creating physical reality.  We are suggesting fifteen minutes for a session. Do what works for you.

CLOSING
Use a statement of closure that aligns with you.  I.e. And so it is, All is well, It is done.

JOURNAL
Keep a record of the date, who the intention was for, and any general info that might be pertinent.
