Week Four – Awareness of our creative ability

The Creative Process
If you have been following our daily emails, or read our book, you are familiar with the ABC Creative Process – Ask, Believe, Cooperate. In this Empowerment Now Focus, we add a fourth step – D for Define. To review the first three steps:

Step 1: Ask
We actually do this with each thought all day, very day. Each thought vibrates out into the universe as a request. To be alive is to ask.

Step 2: Believe
Our Source Energy attracts and becomes the essences of what is “asked” and then attracts possible cooperative stakeholders, forming a virtual reality spiral. We don’t have to do anything for this step. Ask and is done, vibrationally in nonphysical energy. Because of the law of attraction, the essence of possible people, places, and things, and experiences have been assembled in this virtual vibrational spiral.

Physicist , Rupert Sheldiric speaks of all forms in the universe having a morphic field. Vibrational communication is constantly occurring back and forth between the form and its morphic field. Of course, we do not physically see or touch this Virtual Vibrational Reality or Morphic Field. Our way to know it is by getting into the feeling tone of anything we desire, anything that feels good to think about.

Step 3: Cooperate (align with your Source Energy)
When you think thoughts that bring unpleasant feelings you align with the vibrational possibilities of what you do not want, attracting the unwanted into physical form.

Think thoughts that give you pleasant feelings, which indicate that you have clearly aligned the vibrations of your physical perspective with the vibrations of your nonphysical perspective, (your virtual reality spiral) and you allow the attraction of what you want into manifestation.

Step 4: Define
Once you become proficient at Step 3 – Cooperate, so that no matter the outer circumstance, you can observe or experience what you do not want or approve of and then bring yourself back into clear alignment (even if it takes time and a bit of doing), you are ready for Step 4 – Define. This means you feel anchored in the fullness of who you are, clearly aligned. It is how you “Define” yourself. What happens outside of you still may not be to your liking. You observe the contrasting diversity, gain clarity on what is wanted and more easily move back into clear alignment. Your priority is to do what it takes to maintain or regain clear alignment.

No matter where you are, what you are doing or whom you are with, you can see what you want to see – the uplifting possibility, the solution. Much of what you attract is what you want to be, do and have. You rarely dip into the feelings of misalignment. Synchronicities are commonplace; inspired action is a way of life. Life becomes extraordinary.

Week Four Processes:

Meditation:
• From Deepak: When we pay attention to our breath, we are in the present moment. In an unforced, natural rhythm, allow your breath to flow in and out, easily and effortlessly. The effects of meditation are cumulative, and setting aside as little as 15 minutes a day to retreat and rejuvenate is beneficial. Many schools of meditation prescribe 30 minutes of meditation twice a day, and as your meditation practice evolves, you can extend your time. It’s better to spend just a few minutes meditating every day rather than meditating for an hour a week.

• Journal: More questions from Abraham to ponder and to comment on your answer.
• Do you believe that you are the creator of your own reality?
• Do you believe that you have created a reality and that the source within you knows that reality and becomes that reality? And lives that reality?
• Do you believe that there is a vibrational signal beamed to you specifically about what you have carved out of this life experience?
• Do you believe that there is a reality that you created ready to be manifested by you?
• Do you believe you have to see it before you feel it? Or do you believe you have to feel it before you see it?
• Is the revelation going to come after the emotion or is the emotion going to come in response to the revelation?
• Do you believe that everyone else is creating their own reality?
• Do you believe that anyone comes into your experience accidentally?
• Does anything unwanted ever come to you uninvited?
• Do you invite every single thing that comes to you?
• Do you believe you can invite more of it deliberately?
• Do you want to create life by default or do you want to be a deliberate creator?
• Do you believe that there is fun in deliberate creation?
• Do you believe that you can create buttons?
• Do you believe that you can create castles?
• Do you believe that buttons are important to create?
• Have you experienced the relationship between what you are thinking about (your point of attraction) and what shows up in your life? What are some examples?
