Day 10 – Empowerment Now

Every emotion, from despair all of the way up to ecstasy; from complete Connection to who-you-really-are, all the way to pinching yourself off pretty severely, all of those emotions are about your perception of freedom, or your perception of bondage—every one of them. ~  Abraham

Week Two – Awareness of Spirit

A powerful aspect on the path of empowerment as a spiritual being having a human experience is the awareness of the presences of nonphysical in the moments of our lives. We are far from alone. Our nonphysical perspective is the larger part of us. We cannot disconnect, but we can cloud or resist the connection and think that we are separate.

Meditation
As a spiritual being we have access not only to our own unique nonphysical counterpart, but the whole of infinite intelligence. One of the best ways we know to awaken and expand your awareness of the presences of spirit is to read Abraham’s statements or do a short version from the 23rd Psalm from the Christian tradition each day prior to meditating.

Thou art with me Say – Thou art as you inhale and with me as you exhale.

I acknowledge that there are universal forces that are focused right at me.
I acknowledge I am the receiver of Divine positive Attention.
I appreciate the continual gaze of Source on behalf of my well-being.

Today, wherever I am, whatever I am doing, whoever I am doing it with, I will be in conscious awareness that the Divine too is there with me – appreciating me, supporting me, assisting me, acknowledging me, inspiring me, guiding me, having fun with me, helping me, aware of me, loving me, showing me, uplifting me.
