Appreciation, Appreciation, Appreciation . . . Steps 1, 2 & 3 To Empowered Living
If you have a desire to be empowered now to create the life you love, then appreciation is the tool for you.  Whatever you put your attention on expands – becomes your life experience.  So it follows, that giving attention to what you appreciate brings more of what you appreciate into your life.  Once you experience the direct correlation between appreciation and manifestation you know your power.  You are empowered in the NOW to create all you want to BE, do and have, thanks to the Law of Attraction.

Appreciating To BE is the KEY
When you appreciate for the feel good feeling of appreciating, you allow the attraction of what you want.  Appreciating with the goal of getting “something” can make the dominant vibration you emanate – the lack of it and the attraction of what you do not want.  In the words of Abraham:, “A person who appreciates, thrives.”

• Thus the signature action of the Empowerment Now Movement is to take the Appreciation Pledge:
• Appreciate rather than complain
• Praise rather than criticize
• Speak of the solution rather than restate the problem.

Empowerment Now Movement

Your part – should you choose to accept it . . . is to
•    Intend to be the fullness of all that you are
•    Take the Appreciation Pledge since appreciating is one of the most powerful ways to be self-empowered.
•   Share stories of how great it feels to know and exercise your power to create a life you love.
For fun:
•   To assist you in remembering to appreciate and to identify yourself as a participant in the Empowerment Now Movement, wear a beaded bracelet of your own or an “official” Appreciation Bracelet available in our marketplace.

Then, if inspired . . .

Encourage others to participate in the Empowerment Now Movement by:
• Asking them to take the Appreciation Pledge  and see what happens in their lives.
• For information about the power of appreciation, suggest they go to the website and download the free Ebook, Appreciation – Your Key to Happiness.
• If they are interested in more in-depth knowledge about empowerment and the Law of Attraction, they might purchase the book, Attraction Based Consciousness – A Guide to Mastering the Energies of Love also available on the Attraction Based Consciousness marketplace.
• If they are interested in learning even more, we invite you to offer them a gift certificate which allows them a complementary consultation from Barb & I. This consultation can be an individual session, in person or on the phone, to explore the value of the ABC concepts and to help them experience a transformative process.

Contact Process:
• –    When you have an interested person/s let us know and we will email you an electronic gift certificate that you can print or simply email to your contacts.
• –    We suggest sending a personalized email to each contact rather than sending a mass email to your list.  We’ll send a template you can use in creating your email messages.
• –    Please CC us (from your email address to info@attractionbasedconsciousness.com) on each message you send.  We will then email the contact with a very short message saying, “ Hi, We see you received one of our gift certificates.  If you have any questions feel free to let us know and if you’d like to schedule an appointment, here is our calendar.”
• –    We will NOT automatically add your contacts to our list or contact them again unless they express interest.  We will take no further action unless they email or call us back to schedule.

Each week we will include quotes from the “Awesome” books by Neil Pasricha to give you ideas about appreciating lots of delightful everyday happenings.  The longer you linger in appreciation the more you draw what you want to experience.

Week One Processes:

• Take the Appreciation Pledge
• Meditation:  In the beginning of your meditation guide yourself through a mental scan of your body by focusing on the space between the parts.  For example, put your attention on the space between your eyes and feel the energy of the space.  In this way your focus is on the wave state of the field and this helps you to be in the quantum field of possibilities.
• Journal:  Write about the experience of empowered living.  What would you be thinking and feeling?  What would your conversation be about?  What would you be doing?
