Loving Relationships Day 21Week Three: You as a Power of Influence

Day 21 Centering Thought:

I’m a spiritual being having a human experience.

In your connection to, and allowance of, your true power, your influence to bring others into their own power is great. ~  Abraham

Whether humanity will consciously follow the law of love, I do not know.  But that need not disturb me.  The law will work just as the law of gravitation works whether we accept it or not. ~  Mahatma Gandhi

Week Three Processes:

 • Meditate:  In your daily fifteen-minute meditation we suggest another of Sally Kempton’s meditations, Open Space:  Sit comfortably with upright posture.  Close your eyes and gently merge your attention with the flow of breath coming in and going out through your nostrils.  Keep returning your attention to the breath each time it wanders away.  Do this until you feel the breath gently slow and the thoughts become quieter.

Imagine that your body is completely empty.  It is as though your skin is a thin membrane, like the skin of a balloon, and inside it is nothing but space.  Not only is your body full of space, but space also surrounds you on every side.  As you inhale, have the feeling that you are breathing space in through the pores of your body.  Exhale with the same feeling.  Your skin is a delicate, porous membrane, and you are breathing through it.  You are in an ocean of space.  With each breath, gently let go into the ocean.

 • Mantra: In his book, Zero Limits, spiritual teacher Joe Vitale writes about the Hawaiian healer, Hew Len, PhD, when he worked at the Hawaii State Hospital in the ward for the criminally insane. He never saw patients professionally.  He never counseled with them.  He agreed to review their files.  While he looked at those files, he would work on himself.  He would stay in his office and repeat the mantra, “I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you from the Ho’oponopono tradition. As he worked on himself in this way, patients began to heal. After a few months, patients who had been shackled were being allowed to walk freely.  Others who had been heavily medicated were getting their medications reduced.  And those who had been seen as having no chance of ever being released were being freed.

Use Dr. Len’s mantra or create your own. At some quiet time, when you are not with the person you want well-being for, sit and repeat your mantra for as long as you are able.  Hopefully for five minutes or more.

My clear alignment is of value to others.

As you learn to focus on the improvement for the other, not only will you be of increasing value to others, but you will see how your relationships with others add immeasurably to your own becoming. ~  Abraham

When all the people in the world love one another, Then the strong will not overpower the weak, The many will not oppress the few, The wealthy will not mock the poor, The honored will not disdain the humble, And the cunning will not deceive the simple. ~  Mozi, Chinese philosopher

Intuitive Reading from Waunita Retreat

Dear Friends,

At the WellBeing Connection Retreat at Waunita Hot Springs Linda-Lee did an Intuitive Reading for the group.

Thanks to Barb Haas transcribing the session I have this excerpt to share with you. We were given a “to do” in answer to a question about the lack of cooperation among our elected representatives. I encourage you to do the process they suggest. (see Call To Action below) We are the power.

Feel your light increase. Be aware of your light.
Feel how it shines and glows and interacts with others. Feel the oneness of all that is, individual, yet in group.
Feel secure and belonging and . . .
Feel your divinity, wondrous to behold.
From our vantage point all is crystal clear.
Divinity shines forth. Send light out into planet, circling the globe creating peace and beautiful harmony.
Awaken each individual and let go of fear, worry and disappointment.

All can be invigorated and change energy of the world at large, with each pulse of your heart growing beat by beat.
Those of you in physical form can do that. It is a wondrous time to be on planet. Lots happening.

Things happening that make you feel less comfortable and feeling doubt – the verbiage now . . .but focus on strong energy of love around planet. Join with others around the planet who feel this way. Use it to go to higher energy, your creative light energy. Allow it to shine forth. Allow your belief in self to carry that forward. Nothing is more beautiful than you to know your truth and not be discouraged or fooled by others’ language. Be your truth. Answers are within you. The truth and of light is inside. Let your words, light, and peace be what you bring to the world. Laugh and joy are all around you. Simply live your truth and do not be diminished by your own feelings of unworthiness. Angels are around with absolute love. Allow them to surround you. Many angels, ancestors, spirit guides, are here to remind you of your beauty, beyond your name and physicality. There is joy and wonder of your existence.

You came forth in burst of light. You are more than you think you are. We remind you of your beauty and perfection. Stand tall and straight and strong. Be who you were born to be.

Call To Action
A question was asked about what we might do about the divisiveness of political parties at this time. The answer…
Envision legislators and political parties and take golden light as a thread and stitch each person’s heart chakra together…interconnecting heart to heart to each of them. Golden light fills room. There is a hesitancy of being connected,
so it reminds them in an energetic way, reminds them of the light, and makes them feel more dignified. Reminds them of purpose and goal and their role to represent the whole.
Then they find ways to be less divisive and more cohesive … not always agree but raised to dignified level.
When listening to news and hearing stories, send energy out of raised energy. Glad you asked and we send our energy there as well.

We remind you that laughter, playfulness, joy is very good for your soul. Food for body is healthy and good. Food for your soul is laughter and joy. Be intense with finding joy, love, compassion, and remember that what you feed you will nourish.

Much Luv,

Corinne

Loving Relationship Day 15Week Three: You as a Power of Influence

Day 15 Centering Thought:

My love and acceptance of others is mirrored to me in every moment.

In the absence of clear alignment, you are of no value to the person you are worrying about or angry with.  ~  Abraham

Loving others is easy when I love and accept myself. ~  Louise L. Hay

The Power of Clear Alignment

Since this is an attraction-based universe where the Law of Attraction rules (like vibrations attract like vibrations), there is no assertion. You cannot create for another, but you certainly can be an influence.

When in clear alignment, your vibration is clear and vectored; you resonate with the power that creates worlds.  The strength of the vibration is a catalyst for others to align.

In his book Power Versus Force, David Hawkins writes of his study of kinesiology.  He has calculated that one person in optimism is 90,000 times more powerful than a person in pessimism.  In workshops and best-selling books, Abraham-Hicks says that one person in clear alignment is more powerful than millions.

Power of Influence with Others

Through your thoughts, you put an uplifted version of anyone you come in contact with or think about into your Virtual Reality Spiral.  If you do what you need to do to line up with that version, then that version is the version with which you will rendezvous.  This is not about forcing or manipulating the other person.  This is about the relationship between you and YOU.  When you align with the love you are, when you love regardless of the conditions for the sake of loving, the conditions will change.

Power of Influence with Conflicting Views

The person in clear alignment carries the day.  That means staying in clear alignment with what is done in your Virtual Reality.  As soon as you push against the other’s view or desire, you are not in clear alignment, and your power of influence is lost.

This is an abundant universe, able beyond your imagination through the Law of Attraction to meet every desire.  There is no lack, just possibilities.  Line up with the possibilities to receive what you want.

Power of Influence Globally

Besides anyone or anything with which you personally come into contact, or anyone or anything that comes into your consciousness, through your thoughts about it, you have a well-being version of it in your Virtual Reality.  You see a picture of a starving child or you visit an underdeveloped country, and into your Virtual Reality go children well nourished and nurtured.  Your job is to shift from the pain you feel for them to the feeling of joy for their path of well-being.  Then you have added to the energy of that possibility and brought it closer to manifestation.

LovingRelationship.Day14Week Two: Your Personal Trainers

Day 14 Centering Thought:

I can deliberately attract the relationships I desire.

We know that many of the relationships or experiences you have attracted, you would not have deliberately attracted if you had been doing it on purpose, but much of your attraction is not done by deliberate intent, but rather by default. ~  Abraham

There is only one real deprivation . . . and that is not to be able to give one’s gifts to those one loves most. ~  May Sarton

Week Two Processes:

 • Meditate: In your daily fifteen minute meditation you might try silently saying “I am” on the inhale and “love” on the exhale.
 • Appreciation Journal: Each day list at least three things you appreciate about someone that is easy to appreciate.  This assists you to feel good. Then list at least three things you appreciate about someone not so easy to appreciate.  Even if you have to go to the far ends of the galaxy, find something that rings true to appreciate.
 • What Do You Want?  Consider each encounter with others through out the day as a training session.  You are training in the fine art of unconditional love.  If the conversation is uplifting, you’ve got it easy.  If the other is bent on talking about a problem, to help yourself stay or get back to clear alignment ask, “What is it that you want to happen?”  You might say, “It is clear what you don’t want. What is the solution, what do you want to happen?  Or articulate what you see as a possible solution.  “That certainly clarifies what you don’t want.  It sounds like you want…….”
