Day 27 Law of Attraction Centering Thought

In the second week of this 30-Day Now Power Challenge we wrote of the ABC Creative Processes – Ask, Believe and Cooperate we added the fourth step, D – Define yourself as the spiritual being you are.  Also in this Clearly Aligned state is the time to Define what you do want.  You can Define now what you want in the future by feeling the feelings of having it, right now.

68 Seconds Now
To gain momentum in the manifesting of your desires, when you are feeling pleasant emotions, take time to get as specific as you can about what you want and still maintain feeling good.  Do the 68 – Second processes or the Screenplay or Vortex Board, Book or Box suggested in our book, Attraction Based Consciousness to gain momentum in the manifesting of your desires.  If thinking of the details starts feeling anything but good, go out to the bigger picture or distract yourself with thoughts of other topics.

68 Second Process
As with other processes, this process is effective because the vibration of the thought is the same whether or not the object of attention is a physical reality or imagined.  The Law of Attraction just responds to the vibration of the thought wave being emanated NOW.

This exercise helps to train your mind to think those thoughts that initiate pleasant feelings because the law of attraction brings more thoughts of similar vibration.  Within your mind, you establish that neuro-pathway.  Also, this exercise helps in manifesting because sixty-eight seconds of focused thought is powerful enough to begin the manifesting into physical form.

A matching vibration becomes activated within seventeen seconds of focusing on something.  As that focus becomes stronger and clearer, the law of attraction will bring you more thoughts that match it.  At first the vibration will not have much attraction power, but the vibrations will strengthen and gain momentum if you maintain your focus longer.

The Process:
•    When you feel stable in clear alignment follow the following steps.
•    Imagine anything in the past, present, or future that feels good to think about.
•    In your imagination, zoom into specific thoughts about the details of what you want.  Feel yourself there.  See it. Hear what is going on.
•    If you start to stray from pleasant-feeling thoughts, stop and do what is needed to get back into clear alignment. [/box]
