September Daily Vibes | Appreciation Power Day 8

Day 8 Law of Attraction Centering Thought

I appreciate life because it gives me the chance to love and to work and to play and to look up at the stars.

All the really great things in life are expressed in the simplest words:  friends and family; purpose and meaning; love and work; caring and community appreciation and gratitude.  ~  Dan Zadra

Clear Alignment or Misalignment

Since as humans we are a projection of our Source Energy, we are always connected or in alignment.  But, depending on the focus of our Inner Voice, we sure can resist or clog up the connection to misalign.  The ideal is for your Voice to observe and articulate the experiences of life in order to decipher and discern from the contrasting diversity of choices what is wanted and then focus on the clarity gained.  Then our Voice, Inner Being, Emotions, and Soul would be in clear alignment allowing us to attract what we desire.

However, . . . because the Law of Attraction keeps bringing similar thoughts and we develop neuro-pathway superhighways, we keep thinking about the problem, clogging the connection and attracting what we do not want.

Appreciation to the rescue

Because to appreciate is to clearly align with your essences, it is a powerful and easy way to bring your Voice, Inner Being, Emotions, and Soul into vibrational sync.

Developing the ability to Appreciate the Blessing of the Choices of the diversified contrast even when you do not like the choice is a life changer. Appreciating anything and everything that is easy to appreciate creates new neuropathways leaving the old static-filled, entrenched pathways to wither. Clear pathways on any topic mean clear alignment and the allowing of the attraction of all we desire.

Appreciation Pledge:

I intend to:
•    Appreciate rather than complain.
•    Praise rather than criticize.
•    Talk about the solution rather than restate the problem.

Week Two Processes:

•    Meditation: Have you ever seen photos of a monk who has meditated for years, with electro sensors attached to his skull recording his brain waves as he meditates?  His vibrations shift from the usual fast conscious beta state to the very slow delta state of a deep trance associated with self-healing. Calming the mind is an effective way to build clear neuropathways. Try three counts on the in breath and five on the exhale to give yourself a focus.
•    Appreciation in Conversation:  Whatever the conversation, speak words of appreciation, praise and solutions.  Often it is possible to direct a conversation to appreciation by asking anyone complaining or criticizing, “What do you want?  What is a possibility?  What did you like or appreciate about that situation or person?”
•    Appreciation Stories:  We have become used to feeling that is the right thing to do to tell the stories of our lives with historical accuracy.  Tell what rings true, but only tell what you appreciate about an event or a person.
•    Appreciation Journal:  Take some time each day to write words of appreciation about the day or a particular person, place or event.
_ To help Appreciate the Blessing of Choices, write three things you appreciate about a troublesome event or personal interaction.
–    To reinforce new pathways, write a stream of consciousness of appreciations.

Each day we will include quotes from the Awesome books by Neil Pasricha to give you ideas about appreciating lots of delightful everyday happenings.
