April Daily Vibes | Worthiness Day 18

Day 18 Law of Attraction Centering Thought

I can consciously feel my way into clear alignment.

You can return now to what feels right  with an adjustment of your thought process   and an adjustment of your vibration and a changing of your point of attraction and a finally letting in of the Well-Being that is flowing to you always.  ~ Abraham

When the rhythms of your body-mind  are in sync with nature’s rhythms, everything is effortless   and the universe flows through you in joyful ecstasy.  ~  Deepak Chopra

Practicing worthiness

On a scale from one to ten, where is your worthiness quotient now after becoming aware of your self-concept in week one and beginning to identify with all that you are – your great value and worthiness, in week two of this worthiness focus? This week the focus is on practicing being the worthy spiritual being you are.

We repeat the quote from Abraham:

Worthiness, or unworthiness, is something that is pronounced upon you by you. You are the only one that can deem yourself worthy or unworthy. You are the only one who can love yourself into a state of allowing, or hate yourself in a state of disallowing.

If that voice in your head is claiming any version of unworthiness which brings up an uncomfortable feeling, that’s your Alignment GPS letting you know that those thoughts are out of sync with the vibration of your essence. Those misaligned thoughts can be appreciated for clarifying what you do want . . . to feel worthy. Then turn to thoughts of worthiness.

Source With

Rev. Karen S. Wylie, author and facilitator, writes in the July “Guide for Spiritual Living” magazine that it might have been that we have believed in something outside of ourselves rather than we are Spiritual Beings – that Source works through us, as us. The task is to wake up to the worthiness, the preciousness and lovability of our own sacred Self.

There in the center of us is a deep resilience of Being. That Being is the fortitude and strength to hold everything together no matter what is going on in the outer world. The practice is to wake up to who we truly are. What we need to leave behind is any notion that we are not good enough or big enough to step into such a vital and important role. We are beyond what we might have thought ourselves as in the past. In our complete yielding to being Source, we become and are supported by the “Kingdom of God.”

Love Is the Answer

Rev. Wylie writes that the question is how deeply can I love? Am I willing to become love completely, a love that allows one to say, “I am the way, the truth and the life.?” When you become love like that, you can realize that all issues in the outer world are the same issue and are solved by becoming love. When issues arise, as they do in the process of expanding, you can sit still until the presence of love is all that you feel inside of you and all is resolved. Your way is made clear, and you are then able to speak and take all action from a loving, clearly aligned place. Life can become easier and filled with grace, love and joy.

We may think we suffer because of lack of love from others, but it is never the case. Rev. Wylie suggests that our suffering actually comes from not being the love we are. As you begin to feel your own love, you realize how much energy you’ve put into trying to get love on the outside and how no matter how much of that you have received from someone else, it’s never been enough. That’s because it doesn’t change your inner beliefs. Only being love will fill up the emptiness inside of you that stems from your false belief that you are unlovable.

Processes:

  • • Meditate: Again this week we suggest the mantra, So Hum (I AM); add the word love if that feels good.
  • • Journal: Continue to “Net Work”, drawing a net, writing and conjuring the feelings the word love.
    • Draw a net in your journal with spaces large enough to fit the word.
    • Think about the word love, what it means, times you have felt that.
    • Savor – revel in the good feelings it initiates.
