In Sync with The Feeling of Satisfaction

A Word to Reach For

Most humans are looking for success – success in relationships, financial success . . . while true success is clear alignment. True success feels like joy. Whatever you want you want it because you think that by having it you will feel better. Joy is a momentous word with lots of momentum behind it. You can accomplish the feeling of satisfaction much more easily.

For a little while, maybe three days, instead of reaching for success or even joy make your quest the feeling of satisfaction. Intend to feel satisfied. Your Inner Being will give you as much as you are able to receive. That satisfaction factor will increase more and more. Ultimately, once you get the hang of this, you will be much more satisfied in passion than you will be in contentment.

Forget The Hype

Abraham often uses the example that if you are moving down the highway going one hundred miles an hour and you hit a tree it’s a big problem.

If you are going five miles an hour and you hit a tree it is not that big of a problem. The tree represents resistance. Don’t go faster that your resistance allows you to go naturally. Don’t try to hype it up. Notice the difference between being satisfied and being passionate. Just let yourself be satisfied. Then the simplest thoughts will begin to feel better. Lie in your bed and rather than trying to write a song or a book, or solve the problems of the world, just lie there and feel the satisfaction of how comfortable your bed is or how good the room temperature is.

Look for the feeling of satisfaction. Look for evidence of satisfaction in your now and milk it a little bit. Let the momentum of your alignment pick up a little speed. Then you have access to something that will eventually give you more satisfaction and more and more just by the focus on it. There will be a tipping point in not much time, usually in about three days where the thoughts will turn to a thing, to an experience, an encounter. A tipping point is so much closer than anyone knows because it is a rare one of us who will stay satisfied long enough to let your thoughts turn to things.

Questions

For a while when you feel satisfied ask yourself, “Why do I feel so satisfied right now?” Is it because I am aligned, and my thoughts are clear? What does feel so satisfying to me? As you ask those questions many times in the next month or two what will happen is you are going to become consciously aware of what you are doing with the energy in the moment. That is what deliberate creation always is – knowing what I am doing with my energy. It doesn’t have anything to do with what anybody else is doing, what anybody else has created or even what you have created. The question is what am I doing with my focus right now? If you feel satisfied the answers will come to you. If the satisfaction is high, you will answer that I am in a state of nonresistance. And I have been focusing enough that there is some momentum going into the unfolding of the expansion of my desire. My desire is growing without hindrance. That is the feeling of satisfaction.

In Sync to Receive

You often do not realize that you could appreciate things that are already in your experience to cause momentum which brings more satisfaction. When you ask it is given. That is step A, the first step. Step B, Source gives it to you vibrationally. Step C, You have to cooperate and get in the receiving mode – in sync with your Vibrational Reality. You have to feel satisfied to be in the receiving mode. Could you be looking at something that has not manifested yet and feel satisfaction at the same time? No, it is not logical that you could be looking at what is not manifested that you want and feel satisfaction at the same time. But you could look at anything else in the world and feel satisfaction.

Keep Up

Your satisfaction is being one with who you are. Your satisfaction is being one with your Inner Being. Your Inner Being keeps being more. You have to keep up. This does not mean that you have to keep manifesting. You have to vibrationally keep up. You caused your Inner Being to expand. If you don’t keep up, then you do not feel satisfaction.

Go for satisfaction just for a little while. Be a vibration perceiver rather than a doer, or a feeler rather than a talker. As you approach it a little bit differently, you find different ways of approaching things that your pattern of thought has been blocking.

If you have ten things you really want and only one is satisfying, is it really so simple that you could just focus on that one and the other nine would happen? YES. If there are nine things that are satisfying, could you mess them up by focusing on the one thing that you are not satisfied with? YES.

Easy Peasy

This is not hard. It’s important to make the distinction of what is satisfying and what is not. Often you let someone else tell you what is right for you to feel. What is right for you for you to do. The need is to awaken to what is satisfying to you. If you don’t acknowledge that you feel better when you are free to do what you want, then you are not aware of your guidance system. If you do not admit what is satisfying, then you have no guidance system.

If you do know what feels better to you on most subjects, (this feels better than this, this than this) then you do you have the ability to turn your attention to more of the things that are satisfying and away from those that are not satisfying. You can turn on a television program and feel whether it is satisfying to you or not. Once you have made that determination you now have the clarity to move in the direction of what is more satisfying. Then momentum builds toward what matters to you and the resistance that has been hindering you about things that really matter to you will begin to dissipate quickly. You will be more sure-footed. You will be less critical and more complementary. Most of all you will have an attitude of ease and satisfaction about you. You will look like the cat that swallowed the canary.

The feeling of satisfaction, that newfound mood, will gain momentum until you really own it. This is one of the best tools you can use. Life is supposed to feel good to you. Life is supposed to be fun. You can get what you want. The universe is on your side. You ask for it and it is given. It is time to let the universe show you how ready it is for you to be ready for it.

Process

Journal about the following questions. Stop occasionally throughout the day and recognize what has been satisfying. Set the intention to feel satisfied.

  • Do you believe that your Vibrational Reality exists?
  • Do you believe that expansion is happening and the law of attraction is still expanding and becoming your Virtual Reality?
  • Do you believe that your emotions are your indicator of how in sync you are with your Vibrational Reality?
  • Doesn’t the desire for satisfaction seem like the most practical application?
  • Isn’t it logical that if you talk more about what gives you satisfaction, than more of it will come?
  • Is the path to what you want more work? Is it hard work?
  • Is it wrestling others to the ground and killing them?
  • Is it finding something to feel good about now?
  • Is it deliberately going to where you can get the best view of the sunset or sunrise, which is satisfying?
  • Is it something delightfully prepared for you to eat?
  • Is it easier to feel satisfied when you are on a vacation or when you are at work?
  • What is it about vacation that I more satisfying?
  • Do you feel freer?
  • Is the you that’s free to choose what you do more satisfying than someone else choosing what you do?
