March Daily Vibes | Now Power Day 2

Day 2 Law of Attraction Centering Thought

Now is the only thing I have.

Peace Now Mantra – It’s All Right

The main event has never been the manifestation; the main event has always been the way you feel moment by moment, because that’s what life is.  ~  Abraham

You believe that you are your mind.  This is the delusion.  The instrument has taken you over.  ~  Eckhart Tolle

Each moment, each now, is a new beginning. Now is the only thing you have. Whether you are thinking about the past or future, the only time you can do it in is now. What you are manifesting is only about what you are thinking right now. You can change the trajectory of the vibration you are emanating thus attracting – by changing your thoughts – right now. So, we propose that you look at resolutions as a moment-to-moment thing.

Tomorrow

Think about it, “tomorrow may be only a day away”, but it is always a day away. Tomorrow never really comes. It is always today, right now this very moment. Then there is even the squirrely thing about time itself that makes you wonder about how real time is anyway. In his book, From Science to God, The Mystery of Consciousness and the Meaning of Light, Peter Russell points out that the speed of light is the same in all observations, however fast you are moving, which is strange enough since usually speed is relevant. But, there are even stranger things about space and time.

Slowing Time

Einstein’s equations of motion predict that moving clocks will run slower than clocks that are at rest. At the speeds we usually encounter, the difference is negligible. But as we approach the speed of light the effect becomes quite noticeable. If you were to travel past me at 80 percent of the speed of light, I would observe your clocks running the third of the speed of mine This slowing applies not just to man-made clocks, but to all physical processes, to all chemical processes and to all biological processes. Your whole world appears to run slower than mine. Time itself is running slower.

Weird as this may seem, experiments have shown that this slowing of time actually does happen. Very sensitive atomic clocks have been flown around the world, and they have been found to run slow by exactly the predicted amount. The change is very small – a factor of about one-trillionth – but it is there.

Peace With What Is

All of this is to encourage you to focus here and now – in the present moment. Truly it is the only thing that we actually have. What just happened now is the jumping off place for the next now and the next and the next. Coming to peace with what is now, is a crucial step in moving to what you want in the next now. Coming to peace with what is allows you to create what you want in the next now.

To come to peace with what is and be in clear alignment now, in Attraction Based Consciousness we teach to Appreciate the Blessing of the Contrast. Spiritual teacher, Byron Katie writes of Loving What Is. Echart Tolle speaks of the Power of Now. Abraham keeps saying now is the only thing we have.

It was the great Sufi sage Kabir who said, “Wherever you are is the entry point.” It’s the entry point to every moment; it’s the entry point to where you are; it’s the entry point to who you’re not; it’s the entry point to forever, and it’s the only moment that exists. Just like in the phrase, “No matter where you go, there you are,” this entry point demonstrates the same singular event . . . you’re always at an entry point to somewhere.

Processes:

It’s OK

During the Canary Cruise workshops in the fall of 2014 Abraham suggested a mantra to assist in coming to peace with what is. We suggest using the mantra this month to assist in seeing things as your Inner Being and Source view things so that the Voice in your head resonates with your Source’s high, fast and clear vibrations . . . that you are at peace with NOW.

Whatever happens, your comment to yourself (or out loud if it fits,) is . . .

IT IS ALL RIGHT.

You might change it up and say . . .

I AM RIGHT ON TRACK.
NOTHING HAS GONE WRONG HERE.
or
I AM LIVING JUST THE WAY I INTENDED TO LIVE.

Say it as a soft, gentle reminder to yourself that you and everyone else are Eternal Beings who never get it done and never get it wrong because it is never done. Everything is always working out for you all. You are all always on your path. You all are always contributing to the expansion of the universe. Whatever is happening, whatever the circumstance or condition. Growth is a given. IT IS ALL RIGHT. The job is to feel good, to go for JOY. IT IS ALL RIGHT.

Appreciating What Is – Step by Step

If an unwanted thought or experience has momentum and keeps occurring, this process of gradually shifting your perspective thought by thought (step by step) can be effective. This process is about shifting your thoughts and feelings even though the condition remains the same.

Draw a staircase starting from the bottom left of the paper going to the top right. On the top step write the way you want to feel. Make it a statement – I feel appreciative that, I feel comfortable that . . . whatever you wish to feel, but do not now. Though this is not how you feel right now, gradually you can shift your perspective.

On the second step write an example of something where you do feel the desired feeling – or at least close to it. Start by making very general statements that may or may not even be on the topic, but do conjure the feeling you desire

Continue making these feeling statements on each next step up the staircase. It may be possible to make more specific statements as the feeling gains momentum. It may be possible to make statements specific and, on the topic, and still stay in clear alignment if you have gained enough momentum.
