I can find joy and peace no matter the condition.

You are creators, and you are vibrational beings.  ~  Abraham

Spiritual Beings Practice

Believing you are a Spiritual Being with a physical perspective initiates the quest to live life centered in this knowingness. This physical journey can take you deeper and more fully into the constant awareness of the presences of Source Energy in you as you. Your inner life takes center stage. Practicing the presences of Spirit/Source becomes a moment to moment – now – practice.

We urge you to do the suggested process each day. Reading or saying the statements with conviction each day certainly will help to establish Source as your conscious ground of being. Here we include tips on ways to practice the presences of Source.

Reframe

Certainly, things happen that you don’t condone, and it is not okay for anyone to injure you. However, coming to peace with what occurred allows you to move on past these mistakes and seek the higher and more loving vibration of clear alignment. You can’t reach what your heart seeks as long as you remain in blame, resentment or any unpleasant emotion that tells of your misalignment with your Source.

If the thoughts of a situation have enough vibrational momentum that they keep active in the Voice in your head, reframing may be the tool of choice. We make up our perceptions teaches Deepak Chopra. So if we make them up, we certainly can change them.

  •  A perceived injustice can be framed as a gift the injury offered you.
  •  It’s an attraction-based universe so if the person was ornery, you had an ornery vibration present. Reframe your perception of their behavior as just information about your vibrational frequency.
  •  Appreciate the happening for the clarity about what you want it brought.
  •  Again, because of the Law of Attraction, by shifting your vibration you will no longer attract what you do not want.

Do Something Just for Fun

Feeling good is really the reason you want anything. Wanting to live, as a spiritual human is no exception. It feels good, fun, and helpful to be tuned to your six-sense and to be six-sensory you need to feel good which means your VIBES are clearly aligned. So, play, a feel-good action is an effective tool.

Doing something fun allows your creative spirit to incubate a solution. Because it feels good to play, it means you have raised the vibration of the Voice in your head to match the vibration of your Inner Being. You are in the desired clear alignment. This increases your ability to interpret Divine guidance from your Inner Being and Source Energy. Albert Einstein said that he wished he had played more. Leonardo da Vinci made play a regular daily practice.

Having fun is by no means a waste of time. It is necessary to shift attention from the daily must do list to recreation and play time in order to restore your vitality, release your inner genius and bring in the solutions you asked for.

Take a break, relax, enjoy and watch for surprising, delightful results.

Be Grounded

Being grounded is being aware of your body, of the present moment, of your breath, and being connected to the earth. We are extensions of Source Energy here with a physical and nonphysical perspective. Our physical focus needs to be centered here in the physical to be open to guidance from nonphysical. Like all electromagnetic systems we need to be grounded, connected to Mother Earth to function at our best intuitively. Living consciously as a spiritual being requires being grounded to tune into the higher vibrations of Source Energy.

If you feel fragmented or spacey, you are misaligned and your psychic-awareness system won’t work properly. Doing something physical is in order.

  •  Do a few stretches and bends.
  •  Go outside for a few minutes and feel the earth under your feet.
  •  Take a walk.
  •  Breathe in the air.

Let the support of Divine Mother Earth calm and empower you to be in clear alignment and have the awareness of your sixth-sense.

Relish the Good Times

More often than we realize, we have times throughout the day that pop us into clear alignment between our physical and nonphysical perspectives. We see a dramatic cloud formation, a puppy, and a garden in full bloom. Or maybe the traffic clears, or a partner speaks of appreciation for you. And then we go straight into resonance with our Source Energy and open to six-sensory guidance.

Savor and nurture that feeling:

  •  How does it feel?
  •  What is it that makes that moment feel so good?
  •  Revel in the details that make it feel so good.

Process

Practicing the Awareness of Spirit: To set the tone for each day, we suggest reading these words that Abraham taught us to say.

When you read them or say them you might look upward and outward. It is best if you do it outside or standing at a window. If you prefer, call the universal forces other than Divine or Source as Abraham does.

I acknowledge that there are universal forces that are focused right at me.

I acknowledge I am the receiver of Divine positive attention.

I appreciate the continual gaze of Source on behalf of my well-being.

Today, wherever I am, whatever I am doing, whoever I am doing it with I will be in conscious awareness that the Divine too is there with me – appreciating me, supporting me, assisting me, acknowledging me, inspiring me, guiding me, having fun with me, aware of me, loving me, showing me, uplifting me.

Get into an endless loop of that acknowledgement and watch what begins to happen in this life as soon as this day.
