Day 29 Law of Attraction Centering Thought

I use my power to focus on what I want.

We are inexhaustible in our potential.  ~  Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith

Do not ask the person who helped you to define what you want, to become what you want, so that you can have what you want.  Instead, use your will power to focus upon what you want – and then the Universe will bring you what you want.  ~  Abraham

The Significance of Eight

The number eight was a completely arbitrary number for McTaggart that now, in a way, defines this phase of her life-changing work. Though picking the number was a random choice, she feels it’s served as the optimum number for these small group experiments. It is the number associated mathematically with infinity. The Egyptians used“8” to signify balance and cosmic order. The Book of Genesis tells us that in the beginning, there were eight creative words of God in six days.

Find Your Eight

Anyone is a candidate for miraculous developments. You don’t need years of priming or disciplined practice on a meditation cushion. McTaggart offers helpful guidelines for individuals and churches, centers and communities. We have included some of them each week in the process section in this month’s vibes.

Get a group of eight together. Maybe it’s you plus seven from your church community. Expand your horizons and tap into a virtual group through Facebook or another connections outlet (Skype, Zoom or other online meeting forums.)

A good place to start is by picking someone who is a health challenge, in the group or not. Group members discuss the very specific intention and then join hands (or come together in silence on the phone or video conference). The statement is made collectively: “Our intention is _________________________.”

Breathing rhythmically and focusing on the desired outcome are the keys to a group healing vigil. Imagine the person well in every way. Explore how that wholeness and health feels. Pray that the recipient has an open heart to receive the blessing.

Process

Intention Circle

If it is a help to you we include the steps of Affirmative Prayer used at Centers for Spiritual Living, Louise Hay’s Church.

  1. Acknowledge Source: Make a few statements about the nature of the Divine.
  2. Acknowledge that you are One with Source

Energy.

  1. State your intention as already given (as it is already in your or the person’s Vortex). Conjure this as real as possible in your imagination – see it, feel it, hear it. Abe teaches that focused on a thought for 68 seconds is all that is needed to get the momentum going toward creating physical reality. We are suggesting fifteen minutes for a session. Do what works for you. State the intention and meditate for the rest of the time or enjoy conjuring in your imagination. Clear alignment is the key.
  2. Appreciate Source that Law of Attraction is in action etc…
  3. Declare your knowing: “And So It Is!”

How Did It Go?

If you set up your own Intention Circle, we would love to hear how it went. How was the group set up – numbers, how often you did an intention, folks experience doing the intention, results? Send to info@attractionbasedconsciosness.com.
